Allow every action to be canceled if necessary.
6) Create easily scannable web content
and place the most important information on top of your web page.
7) Don’t design graphic elements that looks
like a button, but is not.
8) Present meaningful feedback
and don’t forget that feedback works both ways.
9) Use unobtrusive javascript and
graceful degradation.
10) Avoid captcha's, use more usable
methods instead.
